How It Works

Call, email or pop into the branch with a design and drawing of the project you are looking to build.
(If you don’t have this don’t worry we offer an optional design package)
Evaluate
The project will then be sent forward to us and we will price your projects depending on your design and budget requirements.
Approval
We are happy to support you through the approval of planning permission and building regulations.
Delivery, Supply & Fit
You can choose to have the installation kit on a delivery only basis or we can supply and fit the panels to get the building to a watertight status with a Tyvek roofing membrane.
Training
We provide training for those that want to install the panels themselves. We have a team of professional instructors to train you and your team. We will start the project by having the instructor train you onsite and show you firsthand how to install the panels correctly. Following this, you can then choose to have online assistance for any further guidance you may need.
All we ask from you is that you must provide us with a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card. This is so we provide safety on our construction sites with the appropriate training and qualifications.
After the installation has been completed MKM will be providing all the materials you possibly need for the project, large or small. They aim to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for all your building, timber, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms and landscaping supplies. At their branch they are stocked with supplies from industry -leading manufactures, meaning they can supply materials at every stage of the job or home improvement project.
