The Problem

The construction industry accounts for 38% of the total global energy-related CO2 emissions (Neil, 2020). There is little awareness about the unsustainable impacts of the construction industry. We are creating buildings that are benefiting our needs now, but not our future, damaging our environments over and over again. If we don’t turn things around now it will be too late.
Our Solution
We created Plots and Plans Go Eco, to bring innovation and deliver a more sustainable approach to the construction industry. We exist to create dream homes for clients and consider ways we can make as little impact on the environment as possible. Our business model creates and delivers a value like no other, empowering the UK to feel good in their homes made with dedication and passion to care for both people and the planet.
Our Mission
Our mission and key focus of our business is provide Design & Build solutions whilst at the same time taking the concerns about climate change seriously, hence we work to provide buildings with low carbon footprint in both construction and occupation. Furthermore, we aim to achieve an EPC rating of Grade A or better Grade A+ and remain affordable thus leading the way to an affordable sustainable living environment.
We enjoy working with our clients and most of our work is obtained through recommendation and reputation.
